So I’m currently working on a whitepaper regarding some of the necessary steps to be completed prior to implementing SAP. This is mainly focused on the business organizing itself and identifying the real drivers affecting the business and  using these as a firm scope translation that can then be used to assist in the development of a business case and RFPs
